Clinical supervision
Clinical supervision with me is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to ethical practice, with particular attention to body liberation, anti-oppressive practice, religious trauma, and eating disorder–informed care. The supervisory approach emphasizes strong relational and professional boundaries while supporting the development of clinical confidence, critical thinking, and reflective practice. Supervisees are invited to engage in case consultation, and collaborative dialogue around clinical, ethical, and professional challenges, alongside ongoing education related to the populations they serve. Supervision is available in an individual format and is offered toward licensure in the state of Connecticut for LCSWs.
Fee for clinical supervision: $100 per supervision (sliding scale available)
In addition to therapy, I provide consultation for clinicians, teams, and providers who are supporting clients navigating trauma, eating disorders, body image distress, religious/spiritual harm, or LGBTQIA+ identities.
Consultation is a collaborative space—not evaluative, supervisory, or hierarchical. Together, we might explore:
- Case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Trauma-responsive strategies that support safety and embodiment
- Eating disorder/disordered eating work
- Navigating countertransference, burnout, or compassion fatigue
- Integrating anti-oppressive, gender-affirming, and weight-inclusive/liberation approaches
- Supporting clients at the intersections of faith, identity, and body-based trauma

My goal is not to replace a clinician’s expertise, but to strengthen it. Consultation invites curiosity, reflection, skill-building, and shared learning while honoring the complexity of the work we do.
If you’re interested in working together (e.g., consultations, supervision, etc.), please feel free to reach out to me.
